Lead Generation Purpose: This Service is provided free of charge as a lead generation tool for McFadyen Digital's ecommerce consulting services. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to being contacted by our sales team regarding our consulting offerings.

User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting an audit request, including:

  • Your real name
  • A valid work email address
  • Your actual company name
  • A legitimate website URL for analysis

By submitting a website URL for audit, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the website or have authorization from the website owner to request an audit

You agree NOT to:

Audit Process and Delivery

Processing

After submitting an audit request:

  2. Our AI-powered system analyzes your website
  3. An HTML report is generated with scores and recommendations
  4. The report is delivered to your email address
  5. You can access the report online via a unique link

Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver audit reports within minutes of submission. However, this timeframe is not guaranteed and may vary based on:

  • Service demand and queue length
  • Website complexity and accessibility
  • Technical issues or service maintenance

No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that audits will be completed within any specific timeframe or that the Service will be available without interruption.

Intellectual Property

Our Property

The Service, including its analysis methodology, scoring algorithms, report templates, and all related intellectual property, remains the exclusive property of McFadyen Digital. You receive no ownership rights in our proprietary technology.

Your Reports

Audit reports generated for you are provided for your internal business use only. You may:

You may NOT:

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of the websites you submit for audit. Our analysis is based solely on publicly accessible information at the time of the audit.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MCFADYEN DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
